Jepsen Wants CL&P To Pay Substantial Fines For October Storm Response

Connecticut Light and Power was unprepared for the recent storms to pass by the state and they may face penalties. The attorney general is disallowing recovery of storm related costs because the lack of preparation. CL&P failed to prepare for major storms, didn’t request help from outside crews, failed to train municipal liaisons, etc.
